Infosys et le groupe Proximus renforcent leur collaboration

Infosys (NSE, BSE, NYSE : INFY), leader mondial des services et conseils numériques de nouvelle génération, et le groupe Proximus, premier fournisseur belge de services numériques et de solutions de communication, annoncent aujourd'hui une collaboration stratégique. Celle-ci adopte une approche go-to-market commune se concentrant sur les produits best-in-class des filiales internationales de Proximus, notamment la plateforme CPaaS de Route Mobile et les solutions d'identité numérique de Telesign.

Combinées aux services numériques d'Infosys, ces solutions favoriseront l'innovation en matière d'engagement client omnicanal et d'assistants numériques pilotés par l'IA. Cette collaboration renforcera également la cybersécurité en fournissant des solutions robustes d’identité numérique et de protection contre la fraude, garantissant des communications en ligne fiables.
