Shailesh is Executive Director and Distinguished Engineer at Morgan Stanley, heading Wealth Management Technology’s Generative AI and Conversational AI practice. He is considered thought leader in AI/ML practice area and guiding firm’s AI/ML strategy.
Shailesh is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience leading and managing global data and analytics organization. His areas of expertise include big data platforms, Business Intelligence, predictive analytics, AI and Machine Learning. Shailesh has multiple patents filed in in area of Anomaly detection.
He is very passionate with his vision of democratizing AI/ML usage. He has built Enterprise scale Conversation AI platform that support all internal and External Clients of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He is also spearheading effort to build Generative AI platform for the firm in partnership with OpenAI.
