CIO Rabobank Group, Utrecht the Netherlands (2017 – now)
Responsible for all software development and maintenance within the bank. 3.700 FTE and budget over €700 million. Member of the management team of the COO and strategic committees with regard to business portfolio choices and technology developments. Driven the DevOps transformation throughout the bank and responsible for improved customer satisfaction in combination with 25% cost reduction.

COO Rabobank Wholesale, Rural & Retail, Utrecht the Netherlands (2014 – 2016)
Responsible for the Operations and IT of the international network and the global services provided to the network, with a budget of around €500 million. Member of both the Management Teams of Wholesale Rural and Retail and of the COO. Connecting the business priorities to the IT & Operations capabilities and responsible for starting up two major programs for fundamentally changing the global Wholesale platform.
