Peter Kropik

Vice President ,Customer & Product Support & Chief Digital Officer, Honeywell Aerospace

Peter Kropik is Vice President of Customer & Product Support & Chief Digital Officer for Honeywell’s Aerospace business. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Aerospace Customer & Product Support & Information Technology (IT) organizations and driving digital transformation and differentiated Customer Experience for all customer touchpoints, including customer support operations, technical support, training, publications and asset management across our Defense & Space, Air Transport and Business Jet segments.

Prior to this role, Peter served as Vice President of Honeywell User Experience for Aerospace. In this role, he was responsible for developing and executing Honeywell User Experience (HUE) strategies and driving a culture of usercentered design and innovation. Peter sat on the corporate HUE Council and led the Aerospace User Experience steering committee, working closely with businesses and functions to embed the “User Experience” into new product development and critical user interactions to drive seamless endto-end experiences.

Since joining Honeywell in 2002, Peter led the Commercial Excellence and Strategy (CE&S) organization as interim Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer driving marketing automation, velocity product development in new product introductions, pricing and strategic marketing, including the development of the 2018 Strategic Action Plan (STRAP). Additionally, he served as Vice President, Information Technology, supporting Customer & Product Information Technology strategies including leading Aerospace customer portal deployments and Salesforce.com Sales & Services clouds.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Peter ventured out into the entrepreneurial world where he drove the development and growth of an Internet Marketing startup company. Before that, he cut his teeth as a consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies across Healthcare, Financial Services and High Tech industries. Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Arizona University. He is Green Belt and DFSS certified.

Originally from Australia, he now calls Scottsdale, Arizona home where he lives with his wife Kelly and their two children.
