Currently executing role of the Chief Information Security Officer for Carrier. Been in this role since Aug 2019.

Prior to joining Carrier, Nicole was a senior member of the global information technology leadership team and responsible for working with stakeholders to determine acceptable levels of risk for Baxter.

Competency in the field of information security and risk management in significant leadership roles.

Establishing, maintaining, managing and training across enterprise-wide information technology and security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.

Responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks that meet compliance and regulatory requirements within healthcare-based employers, services, software and products.

Spearheading, conceptualizing and implementing practices that meet defined policies and standards for information security and overseeing and collaborating with stakeholders on a variety of information technology related management activities.
