Background: MD of Service for BT Enterprise, having previously been MD Operations and Customer Services for BT Wholesale and Ventures since 2010. Prior to BT, Mike set up and ran a number of Professional Services businesses within the Telecommunications sector, globally and in UK, focused on IP Transformation. Mike was a non-commissioned officer serving in the Royal Navy until 1990.
