Global Chief Information Officer Petcare, Mars

Miao Song is the Global Chief Information Officer of Mars Petcare, driving digital transformation and innovation. She was recently honored as CIO of the Year Europe by IDG. She has more than 23 years of global experience in IT industry, the most recent one with Johnson & Johnson as VP/CIO. She has broad exposure to the Oil/ Energy/Natural Resources as well as Consumer Goods and Health Care business, having worked for Royal Dutch Shell for 14 years, Nestle for five years and Golden-Agri Resources for two years.

Miao has been living and working in China, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Singapore and Belgium. She is a strong supporter of Diversity and Inclusiveness; she used to head the Netherlands D&I council, also led IT Women Leadership Institution in Johnson & Johnson.
