Salil Parekh, as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Salil has nearly three decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful acquisitions. He is a member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Salil topped the IT services ranking in Brand Finance's Brand Guardianship Index (BGI) 2024 for the role of CEO as brand custodian and steward of long-term shareholder value.
Earlier, Salil was a member of the Group Executive Board at Capgemini, where he held several leadership positions for 25 years. He was responsible for overseeing a business cluster comprising Application Services (North America, UK, Asia), Cloud Infrastructure Services, and Sogeti (Technology & Engineering Services Division). He was responsible for the strategy and execution of these businesses - setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. He was also the Chairman of Capgemini’s North America Executive Council. He was the architect of the North America growth and turnaround strategy, and was instrumental in setting up their offshoring capabilities.
Salil was also Partner at Ernst & Young and widely credited for bringing scale and value to the Indian operations of the consultancy firm.
He holds Master of Engineering degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Anant Adya is the Executive Vice President and Service Offering Head - Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services and Head – Americas Delivery. With a strong commitment to advancing cloud solutions, Anant leads a dynamic team dedicated to empowering customer journeys. Anant also oversees Infosys Cobalt, an innovative suite of solutions, platforms, and services to guide enterprises through AI-powered digital transformation. He focuses on revolutionizing industry-specific cloud solutions and pioneering cutting-edge applications for pivotal technologies, including cloud computing, AI, data analytics, edge computing, IoT, and 5G. Anant collaborates closely with enterprises to help them achieve their desired business outcomes.
EVP, Global Head, SURE
Ashiss Kumar Dash is the Global Head of Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy industries at Infosys. Dash, as he is popularly called, leads a highly driven team of client services professionals and technologists focused on creating leading-edge capabilities to help clients navigate their digital journey. In his role, Dash is responsible for the growth of this amalgamation of verticals, from setting strategic direction, driving financial and operational excellence, to accelerating revenue momentum. Dash has over two decades of industry experience and the last decade has enabled him to build deep expertise, lead business strategy and consolidate client services for the Resources (Chemicals, Metals, Mining, and Agribusiness) and Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water) sectors.
Dash specializes in global delivery solution design and IT transformation. He also has expertise in designing value-driven engagement models to create business value transformation programs. Dash has been actively involved in steering committees of transformational programs for several large customers.
His areas of interest include the application of business intelligence and analytics for process agility and customer loyalty, solutions for grid transformation, and the evolving workforce.
As an initiator of innovative thoughts and opinions, Dash has represented Infosys at forums such as Smart Grid Interoperability Panel and Microsoft Smart Energy Reference Architecture Advisory Council. He is a keen observer of technology trends and has published perspectives on energy industry trends, business analytics, and strategic decision support for enterprises.
Dash is an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and has a certification from the Global Leadership Program at Stanford University. Dash is based in Los Angeles. He is an avid reader and ardent marathoner.

Dennis Gada is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Banking & Financial Services at Infosys. He leads the largest business unit within Infosys along with his Global Financial Services Executive Leadership team. He is a Board Member of EdgeVerve Systems Limited, a Products and Platform subsidiary of Infosys and Infosys Compaz Pte. Ltd (iCompaz) a Joint Venture between Infosys Limited and Temasek Holdings. In his current role, Dennis is responsible for strategic direction, growth, operational excellence, and all commercial and fiscal management of the Global Banking & Financial Services business. With more than two decades of professional experience living and working across APAC, Europe, and the US, Dennis currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his family.

His broad expertise spans across many business competencies including sales, strategy, consulting, marketing, leadership, and financial management. He is particularly passionate about Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence and harnesses the power of technology to address challenges in the financial services industry. He has demonstrated success in the delivering industry leading performance for a rapidly expanding business portfolio. He has established significant strategic client relationships and ecosystem partnerships across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

He is regularly featured in top industry publications such as American Banker and Global Finance Magazine. His extensive network, which includes experts, FinTechs, and key industry players, empowers Infosys to introduce state-of-the-art technology to businesses, fostering the development of new products, services, and experiences. He possesses a deep knowledge of various Financial Services sub-domains, including Consumer & Commercial Banking, Asset and Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Custody and Investment Services, Cards & Payments, Lending & Mortgages, and Exchanges & Data Providers.
Dennis is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and empowers individuals and communities to reach their fullest potential. He held senior positions at Accenture and PwC before joining Infosys. He is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University.

Jasmeet is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. Jasmeet is responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships in the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Jasmeet is also on the Board of Fluido, a Finland based digital transformation leader and Salesforce platinum consulting partner that became part of the Infosys family in October 2018.
Prior to this, Jasmeet led the Financial Services business as the SVP & Industry Head for the Americas at Infosys. He has been instrumental in growing the business and deepening the relationships in this sector.
With over two decades of experience in IT and technology driven business transformation, Jasmeet brings a deep appreciation of business processes and the usage of technology as a strategic differentiator for clients. He has a keen interest in the business value the manufacturing industry can derive from the intersection of technologies like IIOT, Automation and Machine Learning.
Jasmeet started his career with Tata Steel, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies Delhi. Jasmeet also spent close to 5 years with Deutsche Bank on the business side before moving to Infosys.
Jasmeet is based in New Jersey, where he lives with his wife and two sons. He is an avid reader and enjoys playing tennis.

Karmesh Vaswani leads the Consumer Goods & Tech, Retail and Logistics Global Business Unit of Infosys.
Karmesh partners strategically with the Executive Board leadership teams of Enterprise clients to help strategise, plan and implement next generation business, digital and technology capabilities. He has extensive cross industry expertise in the areas of Global supply chain management, Logistics Transformations, Sales & Marketing, Finance & HR Transformations and setting up Global Shared Enterprise Services. He has led a number of initiatives to carve out new sources of competitive advantage in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics industry, delivering tangible improvements in free cash flow for the Enterprise clients. He is very actively involved in shaping new ecosystems with innovative startups, select cloud providers and the business technology services of Infosys to shape new business models Enterprise Clients.
A passionate advocate of Diversity at the workplace, Karmesh leads the global diversity programme at Infosys and also helps clients cultivate diversity in their Technology and Business services groups. Karmesh represents Infosys at the World Economic Forum and is involved Global Taskforces focused on China and India markets.
Prior to joining Infosys in 2003, he was a senior executive with Accenture for 10 years, and specialized in leading large business and technology transformation programmes in Asia Pacific region in the Manufacturing, Logistics and Consumer industries. He has received a Bachelors with Honors in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai (India) and also Executive Global Leadership Development Programme at Stanford University (USA). Karmesh is based in London, UK.
