Carlos “Caloi” Santos is the Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer of JG Summit Holdings, Inc., Philippines since July 2017, and leads the overall strategy, implementation, and operations of the Corporate IT group.
JG Summit is one of the largest and most diversified Filipino conglomerates, engaged primarily in businesses that serve a growing middle class with rising disposable incomes in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and Australasia.
Caloi is driving the "digital vision of transformation" for the conglomerate that began with the adoption and migration to a hybrid cloud platform and the implementation of cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and S/4 HANA enterprise resource planning solutions across business units.
Caloi’s continuous efforts in Digital transformation were recognized as he was given the Pride in Performance Conglomerate Awards for outstanding work in People Capability (2019) and Digital Transformation (2020). He was also recognized by IDC as the Philippines DX Leader for 2020.
Prior to JG Summit Holdings, Caloi spent close to 18 years with Procter & Gamble, primarily as a Technology Leader covering Cyber Security, Employee Technology, HR, Finance, Product Supply and IT Infrastructure. He also handled Acquisitions and Divestiture projects across multiple P&G initiatives.
In his latest role @ P&G, he was responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and Operations while leading the implementation of the Digital Master Plan and Cyber Security Initiatives for all P&G Plants in Asia. In addition, he was responsible for leading various teams, which included Developing Business Intelligence Applications and spearheaded multiple SAP Financial implementations across Asia and CEEMEA (Central European and Middle East Africa)
