Thomas heads BHP’s Cybersecurity function globally. He joined BHP in March 2016 with more than 25 years of international experience covering technology Security and Risk management, Infrastructure and Operations. Thomas and his team collaborate with a broad spectrum of partners and stakeholders, driving global initiatives to fulfil the organisation’s commitment to strengthening the cybersecurity posture of their information and operations technology environments. Prior to joining BHP Thomas held numerous global leadership roles in the manufacturing and telecommunications industry across Asia Pacific, Middle East and the United States. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Information technology.
