Kallol has over 17 years’ experience in consulting, IT and leading technology and business transformation. He has a proven track record of delivery including the 3 year, $250m re-engineering program in Spark. This programme not only fundamentally transformed the IT systems, improved business and service operations but also laid the foundation for the current “digital transformation” within Spark. In addition to being responsible for IT delivery in Spark, Kallol has also been given the role to lead on “data and automation “initiatives to enable spark to become a digital services business, a critical component to Sparks strategy.

Kallol has led teams through organization change to move them into agile and dev/ops ways of working and prior Spark, Kallol worked in IBM, had extensive international experience in consulting, sales and delivery of large IT transformation programs in very complex business environments.
