Nancy Berce

Chief Information Officer, Johnson Controls

Nancy Berce joined Johnson Controls in April 2018 as Chief Information Officer. In her role, she is responsible for driving technology strategy, building strategic partnerships and overseeing day-to-day leadership of the IT organization.

Before joining Johnson Controls, Berce spent 22 years working for a healthcare manufacturing company as Vice President of Business and Technology Services, where she was responsible for Business Shared Services, IT, Cybersecurity, Digital and Analytic Services.

Berce earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She earned her master’s degree in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. Additionally, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
