Andy Xydakis is a thought leader in the world of business and technology transformation, partnering with business and IT partners to integrate new businesses, solve business problems, enable capabilities and services. Andy looks to create a culture that is empowered, inspired to innovate, and work in a different way.

Currently Vice President of Information Technology providing leadership over Infrastructure Services, overseeing managed services and supporting digital transformation.

Over the course of his 23 years at Conagra, Andy has held roles of increasing responsibility across numerous business functions and IT, focused on Application and Analytics Services, M&A Systems Integration and Business Transformation. Prior to Conagra, he worked for Unilever and Del Monte Foods in Customer Service roles.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and is currently pursuing his MBA from Creighton University.
