Lisa Borden

Lisa is a Partner and Head of ISG Australia and New Zealand, leading 65 professionals.

Lisa has led over 200 successful research and advisory programs across a range of industries including BFSI, manufacturing, retail, logistics and hospitality. Lisa’s greatest passion is optimising the internal and external business ecosystems that exist within large organisations, A hallmark of Lisa’s approach is her authenticity and ability to distil and communicate issues, and gain stakeholder buy in to a positive pathway forward. As technology changes, these business relationships must adapt. Lisa is at the forefront of managing the evolution of successful business to business engagements to create a competitive advantage.

Lisa is one of the two founding directors of CCI Consulting, a product company that specialised in measuring and benchmarking the health of ‘business to business’ relationships, primarily in outsourcing arrangements. CCI Consulting was a niche player in a global market that regularly competed, and were frequently successful against well-known global players.

CCI Consulting was acquired by ISG in April 2014. Since the acquisition, Lisa took a global role, expanding the ISG Performex service line into Europe, the America’s and Asia Pacific.

In February 2017, Lisa was promoted to Managing Partner for ISG Australia and New Zealand, leading 65 professionals. Lisa is the first female to run a region in the history of ISG.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics major) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne.
