Kallol has over 18 years’ experience in consulting, IT and leading technology and business transformation. He as a proven track record of developing IT strategy and then implementing the same including the 3 year re-engineering program in Spark, New Zealand’s largest Telecommunications Service Provider. This programme not only fundamentally transformed the IT systems, improved business and service operations but also laid the foundation for the current “digital transformation” within Spark.

Kallol has also been given the role to lead on “data and automation” initiatives as the tribe lead to enable spark to become a digital services business, a critical component to Sparks strategy.

Kallol has led teams through organization change to move them into agile and dev/ops ways of working and prior to Spark, Kallol worked in IBM and had extensive international experience in consulting, sales and delivery of large IT transformation programs in very complex business environments.

Kallol has a bachelor in engineering and MBA from Indian Institute of Management , Kolkata
