Susan Clark

Operating Vice President & Chief of Staff, Vista Equity Partners

Susan Clark joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Flagship Operations team. In this role Ms. Clark is responsible for supporting the Flagship Operations team on deal transactions, portfolio management, and portfolio initiatives.

Prior to Vista, Ms. Clark served as Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Strategic Programs at Forcepoint (formerly Raytheon | Websense), a Vista Equity Partners company. There, Ms. Clark led the successful execution of their transformational plan, including the move of their headquarters, complete rebuild of their Americas Tech Support and Inside Sales teams, and implementation of software company best practices across the business. Before Forcepoint, Ms. Clark held various transformational leadership roles at Dell, IBM Global Services, and HP Enterprise (formerly Electronic Data Systems).
