Steven Liles

Head of Enterprise Digital and payments Technology, SunTrust Bank Inc

Steven is responsible for all aspects of digital payments technology at SunTrust. Currently driving a digital transformation designed to close competitive gaps, refresh web and mobile technology platforms and drive adoption of agile delivery methods.

Before Joining SunTrust, Steven was with BB&T Bank in various positions including SVP, Retail Banking Channels Systems and Integration. Focused on brining the Retail Banking channels, Integration and business process management under one organization to enable the development of better cross channel experiences for customers. He headed Online Banking, Mobile banking, Call Center and IVR applications, Branch channel applications and ATM network at BB&T Bank

Steven holds Bachelor of Science (BS), Electrical Engineering degree from University Of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has attended PhD Program in Economics at University of Georgia – Terry College of Business
