Vice President – Dispatch Optimization Center, AT&T

Nate Edwards, Vice President – Dispatch Optimization Center, is responsible for the nationwide scheduling and dispatching of video, POTS and DSL, central office, special services, digital electronics and cable techs. He was appointed to his current position in May 2016

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Edwards was Vice President-Global Optimization and Implementation responsible for the build and optimization of AT&T’s domestic and global technical space and Vice President – AT&T University Operations Training. In addition, he served as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Labor Relations, AVP of AT&T Network Operations and AVP of the U-verse Tier II Customer Care organization. Mr. Edwards also held roles Network Staff, U-verse Video Hub Office Operations, IP Operations, and Training.

Mr. Edwards began his career with Southern New England Telephone in New Haven, CT in 1995, where he held a variety of non-management and management positions in Network Operations, Marketing and Training.

A native of Connecticut, Mr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.
