Craig Wright is a Managing Director at business optimization and outsourcing advisory firm Pace Harmon, an IAOP World’s Best Outsourcing Advisor and Vault Consulting 50 firm recognized by Vault as one of the top 10 ‘Best Consulting Firms for Interaction with Clients.’

Leading Pace Harmon’s IT infrastructure practice, Wright has led some of the largest and most complex IT outsourcing and transformation projects in the industry. Wright has performed IT strategic reviews, spend diagnostics, sourcing (make vs. buy) analysis, vendor assessments/selection, negotiation, migration planning, and implementation of enterprise solutions across the IT service frameworks of: ERP/CRM/VMS packages, Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), data center (Managed Service and Colocation), Cybersecurity Strategies and Managed Security Service sourcing, hosting (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), distributed computing, service desk, end user computing (desktop, field service, and depot), and contingent labor with combined addressable spend values in excess of $15Bn. Wright also led the sourcing and negotiation of infrastructure and cybersecurity services as an enabler to the largest split in corporate history creating two $60B/year technology companies. Based on the success of this agreement, Wright subsequently applied lessons learned from multiple M&A and divestiture engagements and collaborated with client and supplier in order to restructure the agreement to enable transformation of services and to achieve an accelerated migration to cloud services.

Prior to joining Pace Harmon in 2005 to build out its technology practice, Wright was the VP of Technology (CIO) and Portfolio Management and prior to that enjoyed seven years at Deloitte Consulting where he was responsible for implementing global ERP and CRM solutions as well as for helping build out Deloitte’s offshore delivery capabilities in India. Wright draws on over 20 years of industry experience including extensive software development, supplier relationship management, and procurement experience.

UK education and professional experience evaluated by the Foundation for International Services, Inc. to be the equivalent in the USA to a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems.
