Tuomas Salosaari

Director, IT Application Management, KONE Corporation

Tuomas is a transformative IT and digitalization leader with more than 20 years of experience in the field. He has built and run large IT operations on a global scale and has deep expertise in service operations management and in building operations with technology providers and system integrators. His passion and expertise lie in translating IT deliverables into real business outcomes that drive the company’s core business and digitalization agenda. Tuomas has specific expertise in global business process harmonization and digitalization.

In his current role as Director, IT Application Management at KONE Corporation, Tuomas is accountable for the management of KONE's global IT business applications. He also manages a portfolio of cross process business development programs and deployments of KONE global operating model to business units and countries. Prior to this role, he led the CIO Office. Before joining KONE, Tuomas held several leadership roles at Nokia Corporation.

Tuomas holds an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Helsinki University of Technology.
