Mark Robinson

Vice President IT, EMEA, Ricoh Europe Plc

Mark Robinson is Vice President of IT & CISO for the EMEA region at Ricoh Europe Plc. Now in his twentieth year with Ricoh, Mark joined the Ricoh Group in 1998 from the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry, where Mark spent 10 years in North America in this specialist EDA IT arena. He has 29 years of experience in Strategic IT Leadership, Business Process Re-engineering, System Design, Implementation, Project Management and Change Management. Mark has held several IT & Business leadership positions at Ricoh and sits on the Global IT Strategy Council in Tokyo.

Most recently Mark has led the design and implementation of a set of harmonised European business processes for deployment on a single European Oracle ERP & Front office solution to the entire Ricoh EMEA Group. In addition he is responsible for the creation of Ricoh’s internationally accredited Private Cloud, The Companies SD WAN migration and O365. A keen technocrat, Mark combines his strong applications knowledge with Infrastructure, Cloud, Analytics, AI and other emerging technologies to drive Ricoh forward on their Digital Transformation journey.
