Armen Sarkis

Managing Director, Deutsche Bank

Armen Sarkis is a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking business, based in London. He currently overseas the GTB Strategic Investments team which invests into Financial Technology companies that support the firm’s digital agenda. In addition, Armen is responsible for the development of a new payments & risk assessment platform that is designed to service the global eCommerce & Financial Technology client base.

Armen’s career span from global management positions across Deutsche Bank’s Trade Finance and Cash Management businesses, to integrating acquired banks, to permanent capital raising for Hedge Funds – he has a broad experience of both the buy and sell side of banking.

Armen graduated from Columbia University in New York City. He serves as a Board Observer of ModoPayments, LLC - a recent portfolio company of Deutsche Bank’s GTB Strategic Investments portfolio that enables DB to pay into and collect from a wide array of eWallets.
