CAREER
Adrian Hofer joined The Adecco Group in May 2017 to lead the Group‘s Digital Operations. Prior to joining The Adecco Group, he spent 12 years at The Boston Consulting Group, five as Partner & Managing Director, focused on Consumer oriented industries and leading BCG's People & Organization practice in Switzerland.

EDUCATION
Adrian Hofer holds a master's degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

SPECIAL INTERESTS
Adrian Hofer is a member of the Advisory Board of WatchAdvisor AG, a Swiss startup with the ambition to become the global recommendation and lead generation platform for luxury watches, and a member of the Board of Directors of Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG, a family-owned distillery founded in 1902.

In his spare time, he reads contemporary literature, plays golf, is a passionate photographer, and enjoys cooking and dining with friends and family.
