Rohit is the Group CIO of I&M Bank Limited a privately owned commercial bank headquartered in Kenya, with a growing regional presence currently extending to Mauritius, Tanzania and Rwanda.

I&M Bank is the flagship company of I&M Holdings a leading corporate group in East Africa. The Group has a major presence in Banking, Insurance, Financial Advisory Services, Manufacturing and Real Estate.

Rohit is an IT professional with over 22 years of experience in banking technologies. He has been helping the bank by delivering various customer focused products & services. He has been instrumental in transforming the IT landscape in the group. He has spearheaded various technology initiatives in the area of Core Banking, Digital Banking, Infrastructure, Migrations, System Mergers, etc.

He has been associated with Infosys since 1996.

Prior to joining I&M Bank in 2006, Rohit has held various IT leadership roles in J&K Bank in Datacenter & Information Security.

Rohit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computers from MIT, Manipal.
