Olivier heads the Employee Experience team at BP. He is also a born entrepreneur, managing multiple concurrent business ventures outside his day job in the sectors of recruitment technology and retail.

At all stages in his career to date, Olivier has been engaged in designing solutions for a wide variety of end users and stakeholders at different levels in organisations, in varying industries. People centrism is a key success factor in his approach to work. At BP since 2012, Olivier led a high profile global digital transformation programme, before leading the development of human-centric design principles which have become the underpinning element of a significant culture change.

Olivier started his career leading the design of pharmaceutical and medical software at a small non-for-profit organisation before moving in the HR Consulting industry for seven years.

Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences, specialising in Computer Sciences from the Brussels Engineering School (HE Vinci ECAM).
