Nick is the Executive Director for Delivery and Service Operations within the Global Services business of Telstra, a role he commenced in November 2011. He leads the teams responsible for the activation and assurance of network services to Telstra enterprise and business customers. This includes services such as cloud, unified communications, contact centres, managed network services, and associated service management capabilities.

Before joining Telstra, Nick spent five years at The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he held the position of Executive General Manager - Operations. In this role Nick led the Group Infrastructure and IT Operations teams responsible for Infrastructure Design and Build, IT Operations and Service Portfolio Management. Prior to working for CBA, Nick was the Director of IT Outsourcing for EDS Asia Pacific and was responsible for the delivery of infrastructure services to EDS clients across the region.

With over 25 years in the technology services industry, Nick has held a number of roles, including General Manager of Synet Communications, a network and electronic commerce company, Director of Datacom Systems and has held various positions within IBM New Zealand. Nick has also had experience of working in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
