Monty McCoy is Global IT Advisor at Sakata Seed Corporation, Japan and Senior IT and Quality Systems Manager at Sakata America Holdings, Inc. He is a leader of diverse, cross-regional and cross-functional teams and has over a decade of experience managing both internal and third party employees throughout eastern and western Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America. He also manages budget accountability of over USD 100 million in services and support functions. With excellent program and project leadership skills, Monty has a proven track record of quality delivery to both budget and timelines. Monty excelled in sales and marketing before transitioning to production and supply, quality and logistics management. He moved to technical and services areas through Business Process Reengineering initiative following Sakata Seed’s first SAP transformation.

Prior to this, Monty held various portfolios at Syngenta over a period of 24 years, from 1990 till 2014.
