Katrina Menzigian

Katrina Menzigian, Vice President, Research Relations, is responsible for offering Everest Group’s point of view on critical developments within the global services industry to strengthen and expand dialogue within the marketplace. In this role, she engages with key service provider and enterprise executives, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure enduring collaborative relationships between Everest Group and these organizations for the benefit of the evolving outsourcing and offshoring industries at large.
Katrina is a senior level contributor to the BPS research practice across a range of topics, and currently leads the contact center outsourcing (CCO) research portfolio.
She is also a frequent participant and presenter at industry forums. She brings over 15 years of experience in conducting market research, developing competitive intelligence, and advising service providers and buyers on a wide range of outsourcing, offshoring, and BPS issues to her role.
Katrina’s past roles include VP, BPO Research, at both Everest Group and IDC. In both of these roles, she led the BPO research portfolio and the analyst teams developing and presenting cutting-edge research on key BPO issues across markets such as FAO, HRO, PO, and CRM. Her clients included senior leadership at both service providers and the buyers of BPS services.
Katrina’s background also includes research and consulting roles at the American University of Armenia, and the Edward R. Murrow Center for International Communications at Tufts University.
She holds an MA of International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a double BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
