Julie is an Senior Vice President and Digital Channels Director at Eastern Bank where she and her team lead the technology strategy, program management, and integration efforts of the bank’s online, mobile, ATMs, ITMs, VRU, call center voice biometrics, and website. She attended The Ohio State University and has been in the banking industry for over 20 years playing various roles. Julie’s strategic direction has lead the bank on a transformational journey in these important customer channels which will provide the next generation platforms to leverage services and embrace innovation.
