Erin O’Farrell Lambert is the Global Head of Sourcing for Bloomberg’s Global Data division and is responsible for establishing, managing and restructuring outsourced and strategic services procurement. She sets the strategic vision for the governance program as well as the location strategy. Erin oversees all functions including contracts, financial management, performance and relationship management.

Prior to her role at Bloomberg, Erin was Director of Strategic Software, Hosted Services and Information Services procurement at Citibank. Key to this role was selecting and managing strategic relationships with key technology firms and services providers. Prior to that, she was at JPMorgan Chase bank as Executive Director of Global Infrastructure and Corporate Technology Procurement.

Erin has over 15 years strategic IT and BPO procurement experience. She is a supply chain professional with extensive background in sourcing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and procurement agreements. Erin has been responsible for onshore, nearshore, and offshore operations offering a wide range of services whether through a captive or outsourced environment.
