Session description
Strategy answers these questions:
a) What is the business of the organization? (i.e. how does it create value for stakeholders?)
The presentation will demonstrate, with the help of a case study, how to analyze the strategy of a financial services organization based on a multi-dimensional framework. It will also help you translate strategy into an enterprise architecture that meets its objectives.

Thomas Obitz is a Principal Architect with Infosys Technologies. He has more than 17 years of experience in software development and vast experience in conceptualizing and designing large-scale distributed systems, especially in investment banking and capital markets. He has been working with enterprise architecture groups reviewing application landscapes and adopting them for improved support of corporate processes and value propositions.
