DaimlerChrysler selects Infosys as “IPS Supplier of the Year”

 

DaimlerChrysler (now Daimler AG) selected Infosys as the "IPS (International Procurement Services) Supplier of the Year 2006" in the IT category.

 

DaimlerChrysler recognized Infosys for consistently maintaining world-class standards in quality, cost, technology and supply. Infosys received the award for:

• Delivering dealer data management systems for all Chrysler Group dealers in North America
• Meeting and exceeding service level agreements on more than 100 projects
• Providing strategic guidance in re-engineering the applications portfolio to reduce risk and total cost of ownership

 

According to Sue Unger, CIO, DaimlerChrysler AG, "Infosys is a trusted and reliable partner that we rely on to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that make us more competitive on a global scale."
